چکیده
A cardiac contractility modulation device is a new treatment used in patients with heart failure. CCM therapy associated an increase physical activity tolerance, improved quality of life, reduced hospitalizations due to failure, and reverse remodeling the left ventricle systolic In this case, clinical benefit patient chronic atrial fibrillation postinfarction aneurysm was reported. Development ejection fraction high risk surgical complications. However, adequate assessment functional reserve myocardium choice correction method allows for receiving favorable outcomes surgery. We present case successful combination interventional failure post-infarction ventricular aneurysm.

Cardiac resynchronization therapy in heart failure patients with atrial fibrillation
Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) is an important device-based, non-pharmacological approach that has shown, in large randomized trials, to improve left ventricular (LV) function and reduce both morbidity and mortality rates in selected patients affected by advanced heart failure (HF): New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class III-IV, reduced LV systolic function with an ejection...

Cardiac contractility modulation (CCM) is a novel device-based therapy for heart failure that involves applying electrical signals during the absolute refractory period of the myocardial action potential. This therapy has been shown to augment the strength of left ventricular contraction independent of myocardial oxygen consumption in animal models as well as human studies of patients with hear...

Atrial fibrillation (AF) and chronic heart failure (CHF) are two major and even growing cardiovascular conditions that often coexist. However, few data are available to guide treatment of AF in patients with CHF. This review summarizes current literature concerning the following topics: (i) prognostic relevance of AF in patients with CHF, (ii) relevance and strategies of rhythm and rate control...

Atrial fibrillation (AF) and heart failure (HF) are common conditions that frequently coexist. Both conditions share risk factors, are associated with increased morbidity and mortality, and may worsen the other. The presence of heart failure and symptoms associated with it may influence both the approach to management (i.e., rate versus rhythm control) and the treatment options available for AF...
